A Scottish fitness instructor has made amazing strides after she nearly died on holiday in Vietnam last year.Mekala Osborne had just a 5% chance of surviving life-threatening pneumonia she contracted in September while on holiday.The 22-year-old, from Prestonpans, near Edinburgh, was so critically ill that her mum Yvonne and stepdad Jimmy, also from Prestonpans, were told to “pray she survives.”She returned home on a ventilator last November accompanied on the plane by the medical team who saved her and was transferred to the Royal Infirmary in the capital.But amazing footage taken last month showed gutsy Mekala being clapped out of her ward at the ERI before being transferred to the Astley Ainsley rehab unit.And the Facebook image of her
