Sharing the latest film with his Twitter followers, Andrew - who should have been commentating the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games opening ceremony on Friday - revealed he 'used his notes anyway' on his dogs.
In the video, he jokes that his two dogs are representing Lithuania and Luxembourg in the ceremony as they run into view.Cotter says: "Now the welcome in the stadium for Lithuania, one of the Baltic states, not a huge team but certainly happy to be here."Followed by Luxembourg, some of you might remember Josy Barthel winning.
