'Do the right thing' Police chief warns Scots to stay away from northern England after virus spike

Police Scotland's deputy chief constable after a surge in Covid-19 cases. DCC Will Kerr took to Twitter to reiterate guidance from the Scottish Government shared on Friday by the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon.

A spike in cases saw the UK Government announce that as of midnight last night restrictions would be reimposed on a number of areas in the north west of the country.Areas affected by the spike are Greater Manchester, East Lancashire and parts of West Yorkshire.
