Jennifer Lynn Lopez (born July 24, 1969), also known by her nickname J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, fashion designer, producer and businesswoman. In 1991, Lopez began appearing as a Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color, where she remained a regular until she decided to pursue an acting career in 1993. For her first leading role in the 1997 Selena biopic of the same name, Lopez received a Golden Globe nomination and became the first Latin actress to earn over US$1 million for a film. She went on to star in Anaconda (1997) and Out of Sight (1998), later establishing herself as the highest-paid Latin actress in Hollywood.

SAS TV hero brands government 'disgrace' over failure to combat medic's suicide

A telly SAS hero has branded the Government’s failure to combat veterans’ suicide “a disgrace”. Mark “Billy” Billingham, a star of SAS Who Dares Wins, spoke out following the death of special forces medic Staff Sgt Jamie Ferguson, 36, who shot himself on an Army base last month.

The Sunday People revealed he made a video saying: “I asked for help but no one was ­listening. They didn’t understand.” His widow Sammi, 50, who had a son with Jamie, and two daughters from another marriage, wants the Government to admit there is a problem with suicide in veterans’ and hold a full and open investigation into her husband’s death.
