The couple have been together for five years and share two children: Paul, four, and Rosie, two. Christine asked the former Towie star: "There's a lot of talk about "wifey for lifey" in this series, is that cuing wedding bells or what?" Sam replied: "Absolutely, I hope so - five years, two kids, two big moves together, so I hope so soon." She also said it would be better to have the kids older so they will remember the day better.
