Russian hackers have reportedly targeted a a 12-year-old boy who went viral for his woodworking skills before raising £200,000 in funds for Ukraine.Gabriel Clark's dad, Richard Clark, issued a plea on Twitter for people to follow his son's Instagram after the schoolboy was left "upset" by comments about his page by peers at school.
Gabriel, from Kirkby Lonsdale near the Lake District, went on to gather over 225,000 followers including some famous fans such as Radio 1 DJ Greg James, TV presenter Zoe Ball and YouTube star Joe Sugg.
Inundated with orders for some of his work, the teen launched a Bowl For Ukraine fundraiser which saw him raise more than £200,000.
Now, dad Richard claims the Instagram account has been taken down by "Russian hackers" with his page removed from the app, Lancs Live reports.In a tweet sent by Richard, he said: "Hi lovely Twitter people - we desperately need your help.
