Royal Mail is making big changes to its service next week

The Royal Mail is set to make changes to its services next week as it continues to navigate the coronavirus pandemic. Bosses said last month that they are working hard to deliver letters and parcels to people in every part of the country and introduced social distancing measures to protect staff and members of the public.
