The Blackburn with Darwen borough is now split down the middle in terms of Covid restrictions.Rules in the area are now being followed on a constituency basis, with Blackburn separate to its neighbouring constituency of Rossendale and Darwen.There is currently confusion over rules in the town Haslingden, which is in the borough of Rossendale, but the constituency of Hyndburn.No announcement on restriction changes has been made regarding Hyndburn, which remains under local lockdown rules until then.It means residents in the constituency can now visit residents' homes and private gardens, with rules reverting back to being in line with national restrictions.There is currently no update for any other areas of Lancashire.
