The I Will Never Let You Down songstress, 30, told viewers of The One Show on April 8 she had signed up to the platform to help the nation fight the coronavirus pandemic while promoting her track How To Be Lonely.
Two days later on April 10 This Morning hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes even clapped for her and her NHS worker mum Vera after she told them they had signed up.
Now Daily Star can reveal she hasn't carried out one task. A source said: "Rita signed up to help the pandemic via the NHS at the start of the year. "She was mentioned a few times during the promo.
