Rio Ferdinand has backed Manchester City to reclaim the Premier League trophy from Liverpool this season but believes Arsenal will miss out on a spot in the top four.
Manchester City have yet to play a game in the Premier League, needing the required 30-day break from their Champions League quarter-final against Lyon.
Manchester United are also in a similar position following their Europa League exploits. And even though Liverpool kicked off the defence of their league title with a win, Ferdinand believes they will only finish second to City.
As for the remaining two spots in the top four, the former England defender has backed United to finish third and Chelsea to claim fourth.
