Rio Ferdinand has encouraged Harry Maguire to grab a hold of some of his Manchester United team-mates as he questions the leadership within the dressing room.
The Red Devils were second best as Arsenal dealt them a third home Premier League defeat this season on Sunday. It came after several impressive displays from United, notably in Europe where they've seen off PSG and RB Leipzig.
But Maguire conceded after their Arsenal defeat that they were perhaps overly confident before entertaining the Gunners. And Ferdinand has urged the world's most expensive defender to remind the dressing room of the work that still needs to be done.
