Former centre-back Rio Ferdinand believes Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is lacking an experienced coach to work alongside him at Old Trafford.
Solskjaer is growing under increasing pressure at United following a stuttering start to the season, which is already threatening to extend their wait to lay their hands on the Premier League title once again having on Saturday gone down limply to Man City.
United, who were last Premier League champions in 2013, invested heavily in the squad during the summer transfer window, bringing the likes of Raphael Varane, Jadon Sancho and Cristiano Ronaldo to the club, all in an attempt to turn themselves back into genuine title contenders.
