Paul Pogba 'open to PSG transfer' as Man Utd star's contract approaches its end
Manchester United star Paul Pogba is open to the idea of joining Paris Saint-Germain at the end of the season, according to former Chelsea forward Nicolas Anelka. The 28-year-old's contract is up in just a few months and his future at Old Trafford has been hanging in the balance all season.Moves to Real Madrid and Barcelona have been rumoured, but Anelka says his former teammate wants to move back to France instead."I discussed [Pogba's future] six months ago with him and he would not be against coming to PSG," Anelka told RMC Sport.Anelka, who used to play for PSG himself, said he thinks Pogba has struggled at United because they are "not a big team"."I know Paul, I played with him at Juventus, and it’s amazing what he can do with the ball."Unfortunately, when he arrives in Manchester, they are not a big team. They are a team that has to rebuild themselves, they are looking for its game plan, they are looking for a coach."It’s been very difficult for him since he came back.
