has managed to obtain a leaked copy of the proposals that are expected to appear tomorrow, which were agreed in principle in private by leaders on September 25.There may be yet some ‘minor’ tweaks to the version we have seen - as well as the addition of maps showing site boundaries - but it contains descriptions of all proposed site allocations, both for homes and employment space.
Its publication on Monday would come ahead of the framework being formally rubberstamped by leaders and then voted upon by each of the ten councils over the coming weeks.
