Restaurant owner's brutal response to 'entitled' critic in Google review

A restaurant owner has hit out at customers leaving "childish" reviews. Paul Kemp, 45, is the owner of pizza and craft beer restaurant, Beerd, which is located in St Michael's Hill, Bristol.

On Google, Beerd has an overall rating of 4.3 out of 5 with over 340 reviews, but in recent weeks the takeaway has received a number of comments which Paul has labelled both "childish" and unwarranted, reported Bristol Live.

On Sunday, August 9 a customer under the name 'Phil Dyke' left a two-star review . Phil's visit was supposedly "disappointing" as he was served an "undercooked pizza" and because staff "refused to accept £20 that's still valid".
