Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling said he was pleased to see the support for the Black Lives Matter movement during Wednesday's Premier League action.
Ahead of both Aston Villa's game with Sheffield United and City's match against Arsenal all 22 players as well as the match officials took a knee in solidarity with the movement, while the slogan replaced the names normally seen on the back of shirts.
Sterling has been one of the most high-profile Premier League names actively speaking out against racism, and speaking to Sky Sports after City's 3-0 victory he said the gesture was a big moment.
