Man City star Raheem Sterling sets 35-goal target despite coronavirus stoppage

Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling admits he was still 15 goals short of his target for the season when the Premier League was postponed due to coronavirus.

The England international had scored 20 goals in 39 appearances in all competitions when the campaign paused six weeks ago amid COVID-19 worries.

The 25-year-old registered a career-best 25 last season with a further six for England but had failed to score in 12 games before the stoppage last month.
