A primary school in Newarthill was presented with its prizes for coming tops in the recent Beat the Street North Lanarkshire game.St Teresa’s Primary scored most in both total and average points beating off opposition from other schools in the Wishaw, Motherwell, Shotts and Bellshill areas.The North Lanarkshire chapter of the popular game invited local people of all ages to walk, cycle and wheel as far as possible around the area during the six-week challenge in return for points and prizes.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
