A delighted Scots dad has told of 'tears streaming down his face' as he saw his five-year-old daughter sit up unaided for the first time in her life following life-changing surgery in Poland.
Arabella Green, from Bathgate, West Lothian, has been confined to a wheelchair after she was diagnosed with the rare condition of arthrogryposis as a baby.
