Haunted by what happened to his mum in the spotlight, Harry feared history would repeat itself with his wife Meghan. Admittedly he said it was "incredibly triggering" to think he was going to lose another important woman in his life.
He told Oprah: "My mother was chased to her death when she was in a relationship with someone who wasn't white, and now look what's happened.
