Prince Charles appeared to distance himself from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle when he appeared at a royal engagement in London yesterday.
The Prince of Wales appeared alongside his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, to open the new offices of Meta (formerly Facebook).The royal couple were given a lengthy tour, met with representatives from charitable foundations and attended Meta's London Social Good Fair.
However, the outing may put Charles at odds with his son and daughter-in-law who have been outspoken in their criticism of Facebook in the past.
In the summer of 2020 the Sussexes openly backed the Stop Hate for Profit Campaign calling for a boycott of Facebook in light of the murder of George Floyd.
