Charles, Prince of Wales (Charles Philip Arthur George; born 14 November 1948) is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest son of Elizabeth II. He has been Duke of Cornwall and Duke of Rothesay since 1952, and he is the oldest and longest-serving heir apparent in British history.
He is also the longest-serving Prince of Wales, having held that title since 1958. Charles was born at Buckingham Palace as the first grandchild of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. He was educated at Cheam and Gordonstoun schools, which his father, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, had attended as a child. Charles also spent a year at the Timbertop campus of Geelong Grammar School in Victoria, Australia.
Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle, 40, have arrived in the Netherlands ahead of the Invictus Games starting tomorrow, Saturday 16 April.The couple were seen at a reception in The Hague on 15 April afternoon, which is their first time in Europe since their exit from the Royal Family back in 2020.
Harry donned a navy suit with a white shirt for the occasion, which he paired with some smart shoes as he walked the yellow carpet.
But Meghan stole the show as she wore a full white suit for the occasion, complete with matching high heels and a clutch. Styling her brunette mane down, the former Suits star teamed the look with a gold jewellery, including a pendant necklace, watch and a hand bracelet.
Prior to their arrival on the yellow carpet, the couple met with the Ukrainian Invictus team. Ukrainian Oleg Karpenko shared a tweet about meeting the royal as they said: "You just look who is here with us the Prince himself with a calendar. "The Invictus Games Ukraine team will soon start winning its medals at these competitions.
