Prince Andrew “will not leave” his home on the Windsor estate amid claims he’s wanted out of the property by King Charles, sources have said.
The Duke of York, 63, has lived at the 98-acre Royal Lodge estate since 2003, reportedly telling friends there’s “no chance” he’ll be leaving the house after spending millions on renovations .
The Duke lives in the mansion in the grounds of Windsor with ex-wife Sarah Ferguson, 63, despite the couple getting divorced in 1996.
A source said: “He [said] he’s not leaving, there is no chance that will happen and even if the King wanted him how would that work? “The King won’t evict him so there is no chance it will come to that.” A palace source insisted to The Mirror the King “won’t leave his brother homeless and penniless”, amid fears of a royal row between the pair.They added: “Could you imagine a situation where the Duke threatens to sue his brother, the King, over money?
