Princess Beatrice is to be played by actress Charity Wakefield in the new Netflix film about Prince Andrew’s car crash BBC interview.
The upcoming film - called Scoop - is based on a book by producer Sam McAlister, who negotiated and secured the explosive Newsnight booking.
Andrew’s interview with Emily Maitlis in 2019 essentially ended his career as a senior royal - with the Duke of York, 63, speaking about his relationship with the American convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
In the years following the broadcast, producer Sam revealed that Andrew’s eldest daughter Beatrice was an unexpected guest at the infamous sit-down.
