Premier League cult hero Tugay looks completely different now, with his iconic flowing locks nowhere to be seen.The former midfielder used to have his long blonde hair trailing behind him while running the middle of the park for Blackburn from 2001-09.
But even towards the end of his career he started turning grey.And now 51 years old, Tugay has not only fully embraced the silver fox look, but also adopted a much shorter slicked-back version of his hair-do.
His Instagram feed is a mix of snaps from his playing days and uploads of his current family life alongside children Berke and Melissa.The Turk, who picked up 94 caps for his country and represented them at Euro 1996, Euro 2000 and the 2002 World Cup, tried his hand at coaching after hanging up his boots.
After linking up with former manager Mark Hughes at Manchester City for a stint in their academy, he returned to Galatasaray, where he'd spent 13 years as a player.He was their assistant manager for the 2010/11 and 2013/14 seasons, working alongside Roberto Mancini for the latter.
