The Hot N' Cold singer, 35, and her Hollywood star beau, 43, are currently awaiting the birth of their first child together.
The couple, who have been dating since 2016, have now taken to social media to show support for leading infectious disease expert, Dr Anthony Fauci.
In an image uploaded to Orlando's own Instagram account, the pair posed in their home for a mirror selfie, whilst wearing black hoodies with the text 'Fauci Gang' emblazoned on the front.
