Police dash-cam footage has captured a driver hogging the outside lane of a motorway while travelling at just 50mph.In the video, the motorist can be seen sitting in the outside lane for a long period on the M6 south between junction 14 and 13, Staffordshire, at around 11am this morning (July 21).The driver going at just under 50mph caused a huge queue of traffic to form behind him, resulting in some vehicles dangerously undertaking.Motorway police officers pulled over the driver who was then reported for driving without due care and attention after it was captured on their dash-cam.Posting the footage on Twitter, the Central Motorway Police Group (CMPG) said: "This chap was stopped and reported for driving without due care and attention on.
