Playboy playmate Ashley Mattingly killed herself with a gunshot wound to the head, according to an official autopsy report.The 33-year-old model was found dead in her Texas home in April, and now her suicide has been confirmed.According to TMZ, the Travis County Medical Examiner’s Office concluded that Mattingly committed suicide after placing a handgun in her mouth and pulling the trigger.Toxicology results suggest she had opiates and benzodiazepines in her system at the time of her death.Mattingly appeared in Playboy in March 2011.
