Parking for cars, electric vehicles, bicycles and e-bikes would be provided under one roof in Ancoats in a bid to challenge the conventions of transport infrastructure in the city centre.
It is hoped the hub will lead to reductions in on-street parking and road traffic to allow for the growth of a ‘people first’ neighbourhood, while also encouraging residents to change the way they travel.
