A Falkirk nightclub was told to come back with more detail about its plans to open during the day to serve food and show sport.
Falkirk Council’s Licensing Board was asked to approve the Maniqui nightclub - previously known as Storm - opening from noon every day.That was one of several changes the Maniqui’s owners, father and son Steven and Stuart Dougall, wanted to make to the venue’s licence, having bought the nightclub in June last year.Mr Dougall told members that they wanted to make more use of Horizons lounge bar to serve food and show live sports as well as introducing new activities such as ‘bongo bingo’ and karaoke.Solicitor Robbie McElroy said they were “looking to create a wider range of options and create more of a hybrid
