Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. (born November 20, 1942) is an American politician who served as the 47th vice president of the United States from 2009 to 2017 and represented Delaware in the U.S. Senate from 1973 to 2009. A member of the Democratic Party, Biden is the presumptive Democratic nominee for president in the 2020 election. He unsuccessfully sought the Democratic presidential nomination in 1988 and in 2008.

Piers Morgan lashed out at guest Sarah Palin on Good Morning Britain today as he confronted her over former president Donald Trump.

The 55-year-old presenter grew increasingly frustrated when Palin, 56, refused to say whether she felt President Joe Biden won the election fairly.

As Palin continued to elude to "shenanigans" taking place during the election, Piers hit out and the interview quickly grew tense.

Piers pointed out: "We normally like having you on the programme because we have a good two-way, robust debate. Today you've just come on and you're just talking nonsense.
