Piers Morgan has demanded that prosecutors in the Madeleine McCann case "shut up and show respect" to her parents. On Tuesday, Kate and Gerry McCann denied claims from German prosecutors that they have received a letter telling them that Madeleine is dead.
Hans Christian Wolters, who is leading the investigation into main suspect Christian Brueckner, 43, had said that he had written to the McCanns to confirm that she was killed - but that he "can't say why" he knows.
