Zlatan Ibrahimovic is paid after AC Milan made an approach for the Arsenal star.Mikel Arteta wants to see the back of the 32-year-old after a discipline breach last month, which has seen the striker stripped of his captaincy. The Gabon international has not appeared since for the Gunners and was even left out of their warm-weather training camp - making Arsenal’s decision pretty simple. While it is likely that the former Borussia Dortmund ace will leave the Emirates before the end of the month, finding a suitor could prove difficult largely down to his wage demands.Aubameyang has already turned down a loan move to Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia as he looks to stay in Europe.

But a return to AC Milan is also on the cards after Football Italia reported that the San Siro outfit are exploring the option of signing him this month.

The striker spent four years at the club between 2007 and 2011 but never made a senior appearance before leaving for Saint Etienne. However, a move back to Italy looks unlikely unless Aubameyang drastically lowers his wage demands.Does Aubameyang deserve to be paid more than double what Ibrahimovic is on at AC Milan?
