Glasgow looks like it could be an image from 1896, not 2021. The ethereal shot, which wins this week's £100 Picture Scotland prize, sees the Glenlee ship sitting on a calm River Clyde in a Turneresque scene of sun-dappled tranquillity.
Roseann Gibson took the painting-like photograph of the steel-hulled, three-masted barque – built in 1896 and better known as The Tall Ship – from Govan Cross, looking over to Finnieston and the Riverside Museum on Pointhouse Quay.
