Former This Morning star Phillip Schofield was seen taking a reflective stroll with his furry companion in west London on Monday, a stark contrast to the excitement surrounding the debut of the show's new hosts.

As Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard stepped into the limelight, marking the beginning of a new era for the ITV daytime staple, Phillip had a rather subdued demeanour.

Clad in a £2,100 Moncler padded jacket with a cosy shearling-lined collar, the shamed presenter appeared deep in thought as he got some fresh air with his puppy.
