She made an appearance to talk about her time on Celebrity Big Brother - and as she finished talking, Fern couldn't help but comment on Cat and Ben who took over from Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
Fern remarked: "15 years since I was last on [this] programme. And, well done you two." The pair thanked Fern for her sweet words, and she offered them both a peck on the cheek.
Moreover, she invited them to come to her house in Cornwall. While chatting, Fern recalled the moment she bumped her head during a game on Celebrity Big Brother.
