Fern, 66, took part in the reality TV show in March and came in fifth place. TV chef Phil, 62, took to Instagram on 30 March to share a quote.
His post read: "A lot of people mess up something good by looking for something better, to end up with something worse." Fern and Phil were married for 20 years before splitting in 2020.The couple married in 2000 after Fern divorced her ex-husband Clive Jones.
Phil and Fern met thanks to BBC Two's Ready Steady Cook and went on to welcome a daughter together named Winnie. Fans were left gobsmacked when the two announced their surprise split in 2020, however it was later revealed that their split wasn't as sudden as it seemed.
