Former Chelsea and Liverpool defender Glen Johnson has backed his ex-Reds team-mate Philippe Coutinho to be a success at Stamford Bridge should he join them this summer.
The Barcelona playmaker has been heavily linked with a move to Chelsea in the summer and, while Johnson thinks he would improve the team, he has warned that the potential transfer could be 'detrimental' to the progress of academy graduate Mason Mount.
