Lady Gaga has announced her highly anticipated seventh studio album ‘Mayhem’.Announced today (January 27), ‘Mayhem’ is set for release on March 7 and is available for pre-order here. The announcement comes after billboards with the album’s title and release date began appearing in major cities such as NYC and Las Vegas.Comprised of 14 tracks executively produced by Gaga, Michael Polansky and Andrew Watt and featuring producers such as Cirkut and Gesaffelstein, ‘Mayhem’ has been promised to reinvent Gaga’s “early sound with a kaleidoscopic approach that draws from her expansive musical library while embracing a fresh and fearless artistic perspective,” (as per a press release).“The album started as me facing my fear of returning to the pop music my earliest fans loved,” Gaga shared in a press release.

In an Instagram announcement that plays more like a horror film teaser, Lady Gaga has revealed that her new studio album – her seventh – will be titled Mayhem and be released March 7.
