Phillip Schofield has issued a major health update as he teased his return to This Morning.The 59-year-old presenter tested positive for coronavirus last week and was forced to self-isolate, leading to chaos on two of ITV's biggest shows.Phil has been forced to sit out on his scheduled This Morning appearances since last Monday, and was once again replaced by Alison Hammond on today's show.He was also absent from presenting Dancing on Ice over the weekend, with Stephen Mulhern joining Holly Willoughby in his place.However, it looks like his self-isolation may have finally reached its end.Posting to his Instagram stories on Monday evening, Phil shared a photo of a negative lateral flow test alongside the caption: "Oh hello!! What do we have here?"He also posted a fingers crossed emoji.The lateral flow test can be seen with only one red line through the control section, marking a negative response.Over the weekend, the ITV star was forced to stay in isolation past the five-day minimum as he continued to test positive for Covid as early as Monday morning.In another Instagram story shared earlier in the day, Phil bemoaned the positive test which marked his seventh day of isolation.He wrote: "Oh COME ON!!!
