Jill Martin is opening up about navigating life a year after beating breast cancer. “I hold two emotions that don’t normally go together simultaneously,” the 48-year-old told Us Weekly on Tuesday at the “Today” show taping. “I’m so grateful to be cancer-free, but on the other hand, I just came out of a year of fog and people look at me and they think I look like myself.

said in one Instagram story. “But I’ll make believe I’m playing dress-up,” she said. “Maybe I’ll be a brunette.”In another Instagram story, she tries on a blond wig.

Jill Martin is sharing a recent diagnosis.
