Sarah Beeny has opened up on her latest surgery to remove both her ovaries as she updated her fans on the latest in her situation after battling cancer over the last year.The 51 year old property expert and TV star was thankfully told she was "cancer-free" in April, but her journey continues after discovering she had tested positive for the PALB2 gene mutation, which increases a person's risk of developing breast cancer. Sarah, who is married to husband Graham Swift and shares children Billy, 18, Charlie, 16, Rafferty, 14, and Laurie, 12, with him, opted to have the operation as a result.
