Glastonbury’s Palais Cinema has unveiled its line-up for this year’s edition of the festival and it features a star-studded list of guests including Paul Mescal, Florence Pugh and Andrew Scott.In a video unveiling the line-up with Radio 1’s Ali Plumb, EMPIRE’s Helen O’Hara and Bastille’s Dan Smith who is a patron and supporter of the area, it was revealed that film showings at the event include a mixture of pre-released screenings, recent cinema hits, music documentaries and classic film showings.Some of those on show include Despicable Me 4, Furiosa, Dune Part Two, All Of Us Strangers, Barbie, The Fall Guy, The Greatest Showman, Baby Driver and Shaun Of The Dead in its 20th anniversary year.Guests at the event include Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright who will be taking part in a Q&A about Shaun Of The Dead; Wright will also introduce his film Baby Driver.Paul Mescal and Andrew Scott will reunite with director Andrew Haigh for a Q&A about their emotive film All Of Us Strangers, which was released earlier this year, while Florence Pugh will speak about Dune Part 2 ahead of the screening.Other guests there include Tilda Swinton, who will take part in a Q&A for Only Lovers Left Alive and will introduce her new film Problemista while Cate Blanchett will talk about I’m Not There, the film she starred in about Bob Dylan.Both Swinton and Blanchett also appeared at last year’s Glastonbury, with Swinton joining Max Richter on stage while Blanchett danced on stage with Sparks. There will be a screening of the first two episodes of new Star Wars series The Acolyte, while Kneecap will talk about their new documentary film.

Lost Frequencies and Bastille have shared a soaring new collaboration called ‘Head Down’ – check it out below.Lost Frequencies, aka Belgium dance artist Félix De Laet, teamed up with Bastille for the track that is an exclusive addition to the artist’s third album, ‘All Stand Together’, which was released last year.Lost Frequencies first broke through in 2014 with his global hit ‘Are You With Me’, a track that reached the Number One spot on the charts in 18 countries.A statement says the song “bring[s] together their sound that holds both the signature of Lost Frequencies melodic and heart-swelling dance music, alongside Bastille’s meticulous song-writing”. It adds that the song is about “embracing the now and not being so hard on yourself – a poignant message to kick off the New Year.”You can check out the new track here: Back in September, Bastille unveiled a new version of ‘Pompeii’ – a collaboration with legendary film composer Hans Zimmer.The rendition marked the 10th anniversary of the track’s original 2013 release, when it reached Number Two on the UK Singles Chart.Titled ‘Pompeii MMXXIII’, the new version emerged when Bastille frontman Dan Smith was working in a recording studio with Zimmer on other projects.“Having the opportunity to work with the living legend that is Hans Zimmer, and his brilliant team, has been an absolute dream,” said Smith last year.

Bastille have finally released the fan-favourite song ‘No Angels’ – a mash-up cover of The xx and TLC – check it out below.The cover was originally featured on the band’s mixtape series, ‘Other People’s Heartache p.t 2’, over 10 years ago.Now, the band have finally unveiled the much-loved mash-up with help Ella Eyre, interpolating The xx’s ‘Angels’ and TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’ as a sombre and strings-led track.Alongside the release of ‘No Angels’, Bastille have also announced ‘Bad Blood X’ – the celebratory double album to commemorate the 10th anniversary of their debut album, ‘Bad Blood’.In addition to the album’s original tracklist, the release features bonus tracks including three never-before-heard demos, two additional covers and a plethora of live renditions of ‘Bad Blood’ tracks.
