Legendary singer Meat Loaf died after becoming seriously ill with Covid-19, it has been reported.The musician – whose real name was Michael Lee Aday – was 74 years old at the time of his death, which was announced in a statement posted on his official Facebook page on Friday. “Our hearts are broken to announce that the incomparable Meat Loaf passed away tonight surrounded by his wife Deborah, daughters Pearl and Amanda and close friends,” it read. “We know how much he meant to so many of you and we truly appreciate all of the love and support as we move through this time of grief.
