Fox’s upcoming Hawaii lifeguard drama Rescue: HI-Surf has assembled its main cast. Arielle Kebbel (9-1-1), Adam Demos (Sex/Life), Robbie Magasiva (Wentworth), Kekoa Kekumano (The White Lotus), Alex Aiono (Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin ) and Zoe Cipres (Roswell, New Mexico) are set as series regulars and Sea Shimooka (3 Body Problem) will recur in the series from John Wells and Matt Kester.

In a shock announcement, Netflix has confirmed they have cancelled its hit show Sex/Life after just two series.The series, which was inspired by the novel 44 Chapters About 4 Men by B.B. Easton, became a huge success after it launched on the streaming service in 2021 with creator Stacy Rukeyser previously sharing hopes for a third series. However, fans were left disappointed when it returned earlier this year and found that it had two fewer episodes.

The end has come for Netflix’s Sex/Life. The streamer is not moving forward with a third season of the dramedy series starring Sarah Shahi, Margaret Odette, Mike Vogel, and Adam Demos, Deadline has confirmed.

Sara Shahi can currently be seen in the second season of seductive Netflix hit “Sex/Life”, and during an appearance on the “Not Skinny but Not Fat” podcast she opened up about how reading the script for the pilot episode gave her the “courage” to end her marriage to “Shameless” star Steve Howey.

In a new podcast interview, the actor opened up about the “challenging” process of filming Season 2 of the risqué drama. “I’m not going to put it down, but I definitely did not have the support that I did the first season from the people involved in the show. It became a much different thing for me, and I’m not afraid to say that,” Shahi said on Dear Media’s Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast. “I struggled with the material. I just felt the thing that it had the first season — I mean, I’m never gonna work for Netflix again now after saying all this, but I can’t lie. And it was definitely a challenge.”
