Over 5,000 people have had an early taste of a new visitor attraction in north Wales. Penderyn only opened its £5m whisky distillery in Llandudno in May and it didn't take long to establish itself as a go-to venue on the local tourism trail.
Despite the pandemic, it recently recorded its 5,000th visitor to the daily tours run there, including one from Plymouth who dropped in on his way home from a two-week visit to Scottish distilleries and a group of London women who ticked it off on their tour of distilleries.
Now Penderyn is now offering 500 two-for-one tour vouchers as we head into the winter months. It could be a pre-Christmas treat or indeed a festive present itself.
