The 52-year-old England football legend suffered an agonising injury after attempting an assault cause alongside fellow islanders on the endurance based show where he attempted to win a spaghetti dinner.
Following the incident, Paul was rushed to hospital for treatment and forced to temporarily withdraw from filming. The sportsman returned to the show on Monday night - via video call - where he revealed he is feeling 'quite good' given the circumstances.
