Parents have blasted Tesco for 'crass stupidity' over their Christmas advert that they say encourages children to misbehave.
The festive advert tells viewers that after 2020, Santa has no naughty list. But some parents are furious at the supermarket because they say it gives children a license to misbehave.
The advert shows a small girl in a Tesco store saying "I gave my sister a terrible haircut, what If I'm on the naughty list?"To which a voice over replies: "Relax, after this year, there is no naughty list"But the marketing strategy has left parents scratching their heads as to why the supermarket giants thought banishing the naughty list was a good idea.
