Strictly host Tess, 51, took to her Instagram stories to show off the big food haul she did in Waitrose ahead of Vernon’s return from Wales.Tess revealed that after three weeks of living off mainly a rice and beans diet, Vernon, 46, has lost 30 pounds in weight.
And so, Tess is making sure the fridge is packed with all of Vernon’s favourite food as she wrote on Instagram: "Vern told me he’s lost 30lbs in weight.
