Pupils at a Birmingham school have been told they will have to sit outdoors to eat their lunch throughout autumn and winter - even if it's pouring with rain.
Lode Heath School in Solihul said that coronavirus social distancing restrictions mean children will not be able to spend break times indoors for the foreseeable future.
So parents have been told that their children will have to eat their lunch outside "regardless of the weather ", reports Birmingham Live.
They have reacted with fury - with one mum saying some pupils were choosing to sit in the toilets to eat lunch rather than risk a soaking outside if it rains.
